Inspection Rates and Discounts
Home inspection reports are tailored to meet ASHI standards and practices. Our reports are delivered via E-mail within 24 hours. Rates are typical, however they may vary due to the accessibility of the areas inspected. Inspection reports include photographs of suspect conditions. For reports delivered via postal mail, please add $25.00 to the cost and one additional day for delivery.
Typical rates for property inspections
- Up to 1500 total interior square feet - $325.00
- 1500 to 2000 total interior square footage - $350.00
- 2000 to 2500 total interior square footage - $400.00
- 2500 and above total interior square footage add 10 cents per square foot
- 15% discount off base cost for first time home buyers with proof of prior residence.
- Re-inspection of specific locations with report - $75.00
- Sewer Line inspection typically $145.00 with complete inspection or $250.00 without.
- Chimney flue liner inspection typically $175.00 with inspection and $325.00 without.
- Energy analysis inspections are charged per time and testing costs and will average between $300-500. Recommended repairs needed are included in the report.
Radon and termite inspection rates are based upon testing in conjunction with property inspection. Radon reports are delivered 5-7 days from start of test.
- Radon testing is done thru lab sample analysis and device monitoring - $90.00 ( allow 3-4 days for testing period)
- Termite inspections reports with NPMA form 33 generally cost from $60.00 with inspection - $150.00 without
- Estimates and post infestation structural reports are based upon an hourly rate and generally range between $75.00 - $150.00
